You will receive 2 Tower of London tickets per stay.
River Cruise tickets will be issued by way of a QR code. Cruise tickets are valid for one way travel between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier (or vice versa). The one way journey takes 40 minutes and you can board any boat, subject to capacity. Full details will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival date alongside your Tower of London tickets.
Although the Tower of London is committed to improving access and facilities for all visitors, please note this is a historic building with many difficult stairs and passageways and wheelchair access is limited. There are a large number of steps throughout the Tower with cobbles laid in some of the surfaces and pathways. There are some low doorways. Please take care when walking and wear appropriate footwear.
