An ideal option for families and groups of friends travelling on a budget who want the comforts of home. The villas are found throughout the Kissimmee and Davenport area in residential communities and are all conveniently located near to Walt Disney World and all of Orlando many other attractions.

Each home has its own screened swimming pool, which can be heated in the winter months. Each villa has air-conditioning and heating and has a screened private swimming pool with patio table, chairs and sunloungers.

Villas have 3, 4 or 5 separate bedrooms, one with an on-suite bathroom, at least one other bathroom, individually furnished living area with cable TV, DVD or video, telephone, kitchen with electric oven, cooking rings, grill, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron and dining area with table and chairs.

A refundable breakage deposit of $300 is payable locally by credit card. The holiday package includes car hire for the duration of the stay, as without a car it will be very difficult to stay at a private villa given the size and location of the resort complex.
