High Grove is a smaller community conveniently located just north from the US192 on the US 27, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. High Grove offers resort-style vacation homes in a secure, gated setting in the Clermont area. Each home features pretty, red-tiled roofs, which gives them a unique Mediterranean feel that stands out amid typical Floridian homes.
The community stands in a great position to access Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida for access to all the theme parks and coastal resorts. The resort lies two minutes away from the US92 where a variety of restaurants and shops can be found. Nearby is the Wal-Mart Super Centre and Publix Supermarket, just outside the gated community is Mickey Finn’s Irish Pub, which offers a great range of American favourites, and a good selection of drinks and just up the road is a McDonalds.
Each Tuscan-inspired home is well appointed and features barrel tile roofs and attractive paved pool areas. They are all air-conditioned, well equipped and spacious with their own screened pool and patio furniture for casual outdoor eating and lounging in the sun. This cosy neighbourhood benefits from a wealth of activities, children can play in the arcade room or their very own play area, adults can refresh, and keep fit in the workout room or unwind in the spa.
There is also a central clubhouse with community swimming pool, computer room and sports lounge where you can watch the large-screen TV. Free tea and coffee is also available in the clubhouse.
Each home comes with a FREE welcome pack to kick start your holiday and inside the villa, there is FREE Wi-Fi and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV and DVD player. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities are provided to make guests feel at home.
All of the homes have a fully fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Remember that the villa owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore villas are furnished and decorated in different styles.
Your villa will have a master bedroom with a king or queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, it also will have a TV, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people. These may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with an additional family bathroom.
Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking, however we only recommend pool heating during the months of October to April.

As your home is allocated on arrival, directions and the exact address of the home will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, where you may be directed to the local resort office to collect your home details.
