Glenbrook is conveniently located on the US 27 just north of the US 192 and only around a 20 minute drive from Walt Disney World® Resort. Its convenient position provides guests with quick entry onto Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida that gives access to all the theme parks and beautiful Florida coastlines on the Gulf and the Atlantic sides.
Glenbrook is a small community in a great location in the Clermont area with a Wal-Mart, Publix and restaurant close by. The community has a communal swimming pool is complete with its own sparkling waterfall, there are also a number of jogging trails around the complex and an on-site tennis courts.
Glenbrook Homes are furnished to a good standard. Each Home is air-conditioned with its own screened pool and patio deck. Inside, each home comes with a FREE welcome pack to kick start your holiday and inside the villa, there is FREE Wi-Fi and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV and DVD player. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities are provided to make guests feel at home.
All of the homes have a fully fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Remember that the villa owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore villas are furnished and decorated in different styles.
Your villa will have a master bedroom with a king or queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, it also will have a TV, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people. These may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with an additional family bathroom.
Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking, however we only recommend pool heating during the months of October to April.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day, which is capped at $126 by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher 14 days prior to their arrival date
As your home is allocated on arrival, directions and the exact address of the home will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, where you may be directed to the local resort office to collect your home details.
