Your private villa will be located in a residential area of Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Clermont, within 22 miles drive of Walt Disney World giving you the perfect base to make the most of your holiday and a haven to return to after a day’s excitement.
The Executive Plus homes are furnished to a good standard with a higher quality of furniture compared to Executive Homes. Each home comes with a FREE welcome pack to kick start your holiday and FREE Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned and well equipped with its own private screened swimming pool. Each Villa is guaranteed to have either a games room or a spa.
Inside the villa, there is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV and DVD player. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities are provided to make guests feel at home.
All of the Disney Area Executive Plus Homes have a fully fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
There are local supermarkets easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or you can dining out in Orlando. Remember that the villa owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore villas are furnished and decorated in different styles.
Your villa will have a master bedroom with a king or queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people. These may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with an additional family bathroom.
Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking, however we only recommend pool heating during the months of October to April.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day, which is capped at $126 by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher 14 days prior to their arrival date
As your home is allocated on arrival, directions and the exact address of the home will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, where you may be directed to the local resort office to collect your home details.
