Enjoy the great historical sights of Egypt, a relaxing Nile Cruise and an All Inclusive Beach Break on the Red Sea where you will start by flying from the UK to the Egyptian, capital Cairo where you have a 3-night stay. 

Cairo, the capital of Egypt and is the seventh most populous city in the world. Cairo is the country's centre of commerce, economy, education, and tourism. Cairo was home to many cultures since ancient times and is a city with a rich cultural and historical heritage. The city has the natural beauty of the Nile and magnificent historical monuments.

Cairo is home to the Egyptian Museum, considered to be one of the most important museums in the world with the largest collection of ancient Egypt in the world. Of course one of the first things that come to mind when you say Egypt is, of course, the Pyramids of Giza. The pyramids, the icon of the country, are located a few kilometers south of Cairo. The sphinx is also located around the pyramids, which are known to be monumental tombs in the name of Egyptian pharaoh Khufu.

Khan Al-Halili Bazaar is one of the biggest markets of the Middle East; you can find articles made of gold and silver, spices, local clothes and shops selling various products. Located in the south of the city centre, old Cairo is another UNESCO World Heritage site. There are many mosques, churches, and synagogues and you can admire these historical buildings, you will take a journey through the narrow streets of Old Cairo. The Nile is the longest river in the world. It has influenced the cultures, economies and even religions of civilizations built around it.

You will spend 3 Nights in the 5* Al Masa Hotel Nasr City. Located in the green area of Nasr City and Cairo city centre and the Egyptian Museum are both just 20 minutes away by car. The hotel features a terrace with a swimming pool and it offers five restaurants and a wellness centre.

All the rooms at Al Masa Hotel Nasr City have views of the terrace, the garden or the pool. Each air-conditioned unit includes a flat-screen TV and a minibar. All the elegant rooms have a balcony.

After you 3 nights stay in Cairo you will be transferred back to the airport and the short flight down to Luxor where you will be met by our representatives and transferred to your ship.

Step on board your cruise ship for the next 7 nights as you cruise down the River Nile from Luxor to Aswan and back. During your time cruising on the River Nile, you will spend seven nights on board one of the MS Presidential Commodore, the MS Emilio or similar. Staying on a full-board basis you’ll be tucking into three delicious meals each day, including a buffet breakfast and lunch, then a set meal for dinner. Each boat has a sun deck with a small pool, restaurant and bar. Cabins are comfortable with an en-suite bathroom.

During your cruise you will see some of the world’s most iconic archaeological sites, not to mention the stunning scenery that surrounds the River Nile. Included in your cruise will be a visit to the East Bank of Luxor, where you will find the famous Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, both which date back to roughly 1500 years BC. You will cruise down the river to other temples including the Sobek and Philae Temple, as well as visiting the High Dam, a more modern marvel. On the West Bank of the Nile you will visit the legendary Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple which was commissioned by Hatshepsut, an Egyptian queen who ruled as a king, adopting the title pharaoh for her two decade long reign.

After a week cruising on the River Nile, you will then be transferred across the desert to the Red Sea Resort of Hurghada where you’ll spend 4 nights relaxing and indulging in the fantastic resort. You will spend 4 nights in a 5* Resort Hotel like the AMC Royal, Caribbean World, Sea Star Beau Rivage or similar which will have its own private stretch of beach, swimming pool, spa facilities and a choice of bars and restaurants. All on an All Inclusive basis so you’ll have all your meals, snack, drinks and entertainment included. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom amongst their facilities.

We will then transfer you back to Hurghada airport for your flight back to the UK. If you wish to extend your beach break then please enquire.

Sample Itinerary

• Day 1 – Fly from the UK to Cairo and transfer from airport to hotel.
• Day 2 – Free time in Cairo 
• Day 3 – Free time in Cairo 
• Day 4 – Fly to Luxor and you will be transferred to the port and then board the cruise ship and stay on board overnight in Luxor.
• Day 5 - Begin with an early morning trip to the East Bank of Luxor to visit the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple then depart at noon, sailing to Edfu.
• Day 6 - Cruising to Kom Ombo, visit to Sobek Temple before sailing on to Aswan.
• Day 7 - Visit to the High Dam, Philae Temple, and Felucca Trip on the Nile then in the afternoon explore Aswan or enjoy an optional excursion: to a Nubian Village or camel ride.
• Day 8 - Early morning optional visit to temple of Abu Simbel or spend the morning on the sun deck then sailing back towards Luxor after lunch, we overnight in Edfu.
• Day 9 – Morning sailing to Esna where you can visit the Temple of Khnum, then sail for Luxor where we spend the night.
• Day 10 – Join the morning excursion to West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Hatschpust temple and the Colossi of Memnon. In the evening there is the option to visit to the sound and light show at Karnak temple, Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
• Day 11 - Breakfast on the cruise then you will be transferred to your 5* hotel in Hurghada where you’ll spend 4 nights on an All Inclusive basis.
• Day 12 – Free time in Hurghada
• Day 13 – Free time in Hurghada
• Day 14 – Free time in Hurghada 
• Day 15 – Check out of the hotel and transfer back to the airport for your flight home

Package Excludes: Egypt Entry visa payable on the spot at the airport or in advance online. Nubian Village, Camel Ride, Abu Simbal and Sound and light shows which can be purchased onboard only. Gratuities £27 per person per week.
