Get the best of both worlds with this amazing 5* cruise and stay package. You’ll have the chance to see amazing ancient ruins, temples and tombs where the Pharaoh’s are buried on a leisurely 7 night full board cruise down the River Nile on a boat built for the job.

You’ll fly to Hurghada and spend a total of 6 nights in a 5* Resort Hotel like the AMC Royal, Caribbean World, Sea Star Beau Rivage or similar which will have its own private stretch of beach, swimming pool, spa facilities and a choice of bars and restaurants. All on an All Inclusive basis so you’ll have all your meals, snack, drinks and entertainment included. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom amongst their facilities.

You will then be picked up by your private transfer and head to Luxor where you’ll spend the night in a 5* Hotel and after breakfast the following morning you will be picked up by your tour guide and they will take your to see the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

You’ll step on board your cruise ship for the next 7 nights as you cruise down the River Nile from Luxor to Aswan and back. During your time cruising on the River Nile, you will spend seven nights on board one of the Royal Viking, the MS Emilio or similar. Staying on a full-board basis you’ll be tucking into three delicious meals each day, including a buffet breakfast and lunch, then a set meal for dinner. Each boat generally has a sun deck with a small pool, restaurant and bar. Cabins are comfortable with an en-suite bathroom.

After your 7 day cruise, you will have a private transfer back to Hurghada to finish the rest of your 5* All Inclusive beach stay before your flight back to the UK.

Sample Cruise Itinerary

• Day 1 - After breakfast you’ll be picked up from the hotel and visit the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon before embarking your Nile Cruise Ship.
• Day 2 - Begin with an early morning trip to the East Bank of Luxor to visit the Luxor Temple and the Temple of Karna, the largest temple in the world, where you will see the massive obelisks, the sacred lake and the avenue of the Sphinx.
• Day 3 - Enjoy sailing along the fertile Nile Valley. Overnight in Edfu.
• Day 4 - Visit Edfu early morning and then take a horse carriage to The Falcon God Horus Edfu Temple. Then you will sail on to Aswan.
• Day 5 – Today you will visit the Aswan High Dam, The Unfinished Obelisk and then take a motorboat to visit the beautiful Philae temple of Goddess Isis.
• Day 6 – Sail to Kom Ombo and visit Temple of Kom Ombo.
• Day 7 – Sail to Esna Lock and then on to Luxor.
• Day 8 – After breakfast you will disembark and take a private transfer back to Hurghada.
